It’s nice to see a Korean food option here but the food was fine, nothing exciting. I tried to order a combo meal and was told my first choice of side (tteokbeokki) wouldn’t be ready for 40 minutes, in the middle of lunch time. Then I was told my second choice (japchae) wasn’t actually part of the combo deal, even though it was clearly posted as part of the menu. I saw no attempt from the employees to correct the menu after my transaction. The option I settled for (mandu) was underwhelming, and the whole experience was very frustrating, so i can’t recommend this place.

BK Gangnam was an incredible experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious, with bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautiful presentation. Every dish we ordered was cooked to perfection and tasted authentic, making it one of the best Korean dining experiences I’ve had. The atmosphere was modern, energetic, and welcoming, creating the perfect setting whether you’re out with friends or enjoying a casual dinner. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. The quality of the food really stands out, and you can tell they take pride in every dish they serve. From the appetizers to the main course, everything exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for amazing Korean cuisine, outstanding service, and a great dining experience, BK Gangnam is definitely worth a visit. I’ll absolutely be back to explore more of the menu. Highly recommended—five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kind and sweet cashier in the front named Cho, very helpful, and quick with the food, loves the chicken sandwich, and Korean corndogs, came for seconds :). Love the aesthetic, the vibe and heck a signed autograph from Mira of Huntrix? How can you go wrong, lol.

EVERYONE HERE IS SO NICE AND RESPECTFUL (Black Friendly 😝🙏🏾). The food is also really good and not overpriced at all. The cashier even served me my food when I told her she didn't. If you want a quiet atmosphere I suggest you go in the morning cause it gets really loud when it hits 12. But otherwise than that I will come back

I had the best Korean-style chicken I've ever had in the U.S., and I would definitely revisit and have chicken again. FYI, mine was soy garlic flavor. Besides, the fish cake soup had a genuine Korean vibe, and it tasted like the fish cake soup I used to have when I was in Korea. Try this amazing place!
